Laptop insides

One key on Matthew's laptop came off, and wouldn't clip back on. Result: conplete replacement keyboard needed. Dell sent someone to do it for free though under warranty even though it counts as accidental damage. Personally I think gaming laptop keyboards should really be able to cope with being used for gaming! Still, I'm just happy it wasn't me who had to do the work.
