Nice light, innit!

As I write this at 6am the day after there’s been a policeman emergency braking a car outside and now a breakdown vehicle has come to pick up a cashed car. I must slept right through that one! And on that note, a week or so ago I bought a gel mattress topper for my bed. I simply bought the one that won a recent “Which” survey (as sent to me by my mum). It’s transformed my sleeping and aching back. Although I still wake up at night, rather than being in pain I am snug an comfy, and very aware of the lack of pain. It hasn’t cured my back but it’s wonderful to get out of bed in the morning without it hurting.
