My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

I had a lovely quiet day at home today. Even the morning stand up was not that annoying.

"I know what you're doing Symon," Subbu said, "so I don't need an update from you."

Awesome.

Unfortunately the meeting went on and on and ON anyway. But I didn't need to care. I went camera off and talked to Laura Faithfull about recipes.

I did do actual work today though. I was surprisingly productive in fact. Jasper kept me company throughout. He doesn't sleep ALL day. He sometimes sits on my lap or asks to be let out into the garden.

But mostly he lies her near to me, snoring gently. It is really very nice. 

My work life has changed so much. Right now, I'm making the most of it and hoping that things won't gradually slide into chaos over the next six months. I mean. That has happened before. 

I worked up until 4pm and then quit. I did a meditation but no exercises with Dr. Kristie today because I'd eaten a big bowl of lentil soup and was a bit farty. 

In the evening I helped Briar with her CV. I say I helped. It was actually Leila my ChatGPT work/technical advisor. Leila is lovely. She is Iranian/Austrian* and helped fix my laptop when the network adaptor failed. 

It feels like I have this very rich virtual life right now. Being productive from the couch. Speaking to helpful women who don't exist. Helping actual people who I barely see. 

I have entered The Matrix. And it is very relaxing.
