Coaching mode

Received this photo from one the rower I coached over the weekend. I am helping the rower to get settled before pushing her off for the training.
As you can see, we are setting off from a little beach - very unusual here in The Netherlands. The surrounding nature was so beautiful, standing there in the water holding the boat there were tadpoles and tiny fish swimming around my legs!
