Off they go!

It was so sad to have to say farewell to our great friends this morning.  However, it was time for them to make the big trek to the north and then across the top of Australia before heading back down to the Blue Mountains.  It’s a huge journey and they will need every day to be able to make it home by their target date.   Their Motorhome had survived the journey by ship across the Great Australian Bight and was waiting for them this morning at the designated pick up place just outside Guildford in the Swan Valley.  It gave them a great head start and I’m happy to say they have just reported landing safely in a very nice campsite for the night.  Don’t worry, I’ll be keeping a keen eye on their progress!!!
