Barnstaple Railway Station

Which was opened in 1854 when GWR continued the line from Exeter, through to Crediton, and onward through the beautiful Taw valley.

We did have a drop of rain last night, could do with a few more nights of it too! But glad we had some, and there is more forecast for the weekend, as long as it knows when to stop.

Booked an appointment for the British Gas engineer, who is coming on Tuesday morning. Hopefully he will sort the problem out. I have switched the central heating off, but it would appear I have some 7of 9 radiators still running!!! And I cannot see why. Have turned all the stats down to the * setting. So will wait and see what happens.
