Bracklinn Falls

Walked in to the Bracklinn Falls today, not surprisingly there is very little water at present and a lot exposed rocks, but it was a lovely walk through gorse and hawthorn hedges, and lots of dappled sunlight.  Care had to be taken at the steeper bits but it was fine. The last time I saw the Falls it was a raging torrent! Some extra shots posted too..  

We retraced our steps and had our sandwiches and drink at the River Forth in Callander, sitting in the last seat that had a bit of shade.  

Then drove over the Duke's Pass to Aberfoyle and had coffee and cake at the Cabin.  What's not to like?  

We have a voucher for a meal at Zucca so tonight's the night!!!!
