I went to the bowls club to watch Mr W play another knockout match. Unfortunately he lost this one, probably due to all the noise going on just over the hedge...
This lovely old Norway Maple has a serious fungal infection, discovered when a huge branch fell. The tree is really close to the path that runs around the park and to the school next to the park. Luckily nobody was injured but sadly the tree cannot be saved.
My new job: tree surgery photographer!
