Bananas and ice cream

Headed home from York this morning, with a stop at Leeds IKEA as I wanted to look at potential shelving options for my garage as I am going to convert into a studio. This work, alongside renewing the driveway and patio was scheduled to begin in mid June. I had a call from M (who came highly recommended, and who knew John, his brother and his best mate since they were all kids) on Monday saying that the job before mine had been postponed and could they start next week.

I have a freezer in the garage, and while it will stay in there, it needs to be unplugged while the work is done. I have been slowly eating through the contents and was confident that it would be empty in 3 weeks. I’m not so sure that’s going to happen in less than a week! But apart from the banana and a tomato everything I had for tea was from the freezer.
