Notes: Gray rain to start the day and temps have dropped quite a bit - coldest day of the week. Michelle off to the office, I was waiting to hear if we had enough for PB (to make 4 days in a row) but didn't quite come thru. I cut & roasted a whole cauliflower w/ onion, made more of the detox broth and then kale chips from the remaining kale. Also ran to a donation place nearby to drop 3 bags of stuff from the both of us. Did a bit of design on Michelle D's new landing page and then caught up on some Janine vid's and a great one from Honey C. Did my 2nd methylene blue strip - did much better this time keeping on top of tongue and off lips & teeth (they were blue most of the day Mon!) LOL. The pickleball paddle shipped from Jeanne in Gulfport arrived (she was getting someone else's stuff from Amazon and they wouldn't take it back) - will be interesting to try! Shower ~330p then before Michelle got back. We had more tacos and finished the Nonna's movie on Netflix and then watched some pickleball matches on YouTube. Wanted a treat so Michelle made choc chip scones while I cleaned up the kitchen - delish!
