Marine Pilot pick up

Evening all,

Busy start with a couple of ships going out and the one that aborted last night, trying again to come in.
Our newest Pilot boat, weeks old, picking up the Pilot to take to that vessel from last night.
One of our deepest draft ship coming in on Saturday. Big issue over pumps and water continue but still no one asks us our views. 
Frustrrrrrrrrrrrating!!!
