Peacock in the Making

I spotted this peacock in the making.
I don't know if it is a youngster  with his first long feathers or if he is after the moult or something else.
But I guess it will not last long until he can compete with his compagnion ;-)

Our granddaughter Pi. turned one today. She is already a cute little lady. Time flies!
We were invited to a lovely celebration. Happy birthday Pi.
