At the moment our house seems to be overrun by spiders of various sorts, and the bathroom has been invaded by long-bodied cellar spiders like this one. We watched today as it captured one of its own kind and ate it, presumably due to lack of other sustenance.

Another sunny dry day, two loads of washing dry, and more hose-pipe wrestling this evening.
