Spring colours

A brief respite from torrential rain and high winds today. Luckily it came as I was at the lake with the dogs. Spent the rest of the day completing our French and U.K. tax returns. Always a deeply dull way to waste time. But it is done! And we are rewarding ourselves with an apéro in front of the fire. Yes, it is that chilly!
