Gentle day

We had a really long sleep last night, the travelling had been more exhausting than we thought.  So we had a gentle day around Buxtehude.  We looked around the lovely shops, had a great lunchtime stop in one of the many bakeries and did some sightseeing,  including a visit to the Sankt Petri church. A beautiful church in the centre of the town. We stopped off at my brothers for a cup of tea before heading to our apartment for a seafood salad dinner and delicious German wine.
Oh, and it was rather cold today.  The temperature had dropped some 8 degrees or and it was windy with occasional sharp showers.  I had forgotten what this is like.
