It was almost a typical Thursday for me. 

But I had one big exception - an acupuncture appointment. I was not able to go back to the practitioner I used 4 years ago, but her replacement turned out to be very pleasant. 

The experience was very pleasant too. Hopefully it will work. 

While making tomorrow's breakfast I was scratching my head about how to get a Blip, so some of the ingredients will have to do.
