So, we had our phones back on today , contact with the outside world resumed.
I put it off until after lunch and then I phoned the enemyHMRC.
We had a long tedious chat about EPS's and FPS's , and it was decided to rectify part of my inbalance an EPS was to be submitted on the GGC to show the reclaim for the OSPP.
The enemy nice man and I chatted about the remaining balance of £335 , and he told me it could be an "assumption " and he would flag it for further investigation at their end. After spending the best part of two days trying to crack this I wanted to say WTF (pardon my french) but thanked him through gritted teeth.
When I told my boss he LOL . OMG !!!
