The bad news is they put me in a cast. I have a radius fracture and it's too risky to leave it in a splint apparently as it's right near the joint. 

The good news is that I contacted my insurance company and they said it's ok to drive. So i was straight out to work.

Then Kerry rang me to say her back had gone so I had to send her home and do double dogs today. So not really had the opportunity to rest it. Having said that it's not that painful anymore. Just annoying. I won't be and to go to my wimpy weekend camp at the end of June either :0( Hopefully I can get a refund.
