Dawn Raiders

I had problems sleeping last night and was still well awake at 3am so I found it rather difficult to get up at 5am to go rowing, but I did. The sea was quite lively and with a less experienced crew, we would probably wouldn't have gone, but, once past the surf, we were fine and used the drogue to land. We had a bit of an incident, with someone thinking we had arrived and jumping off the boat to stabilise it - she ended up in the water entirely. It was a bit concerning because the boat was still moving and could have hit her. It's a mistake that she won't make again and it reinforced the importance of waiting for the cox's instruction. 
Back home, I walked Django, put a load of washing on, and did some tidying up, then, just before lunch I thought I would have a wee rest and lay down "for a few minutes"; next thing I knew, it was mid-afternoon and I had slept for almost three hours... Oh well -  guess I needed it. In the evening I went to Biodanza.
