Rusty railings

On taxi duties this evening. Had a quick walk in the Cambuslang area with Jude. There were some other rusty variations but those lacked the gnarly spiky bits on the top. Clearly health and safety must have kicked in by the 1970s or 80s. Guessing these ones may be post war once Britain was able to start making steel things again other than guns and the like.
