Haiku to You

I was trying to get a shot of a gorgeous humming bird that loves this sage. The little guy was shy and I was not able to capture him. 

As I was cropping the photo I did get, it reminded me of an aged scroll with a pink sage painted on it. I was almost inspired to write a haiku. What the heck, I’ll give it a go.
