Giant pea?

For some reason I thought of the fairy tale The Princess and the Pea when I saw this at the shops today.

Yet another rain free day and when the sun came out from behind the occasional cloud it was lovely. Fresher otherwise.

This evening I was out to a committee meeting of the gardening and crafts club as we planned the AGM and the show at the end of August. This time we had it at one of the Committee member’s house and combined it with a meal, to which we each contributed. We enjoyed that so much we had to cram the meeting in at the end! Great food and company.
