It's Abstract Thursday!

This week our regular host, Ingeborg, has charged us with creating a 'Natural Abstract'.  This did start out as natural, in that I took photos of the osteospermum that are in pots on our doorstep and a few close ups of the 'Handel' rose but the rest is not so 'natural'.  My faffing included double exposure (twice) and a bit of Polar Coordinates somewhere along the line.  I personally prefer the version in Extras, but here at least youcan see that flowers are involved!
In other news:  I took Mr MC to our local hospital for steroid injections into his hips, undersedation.  I then had lunch and a catch up with my friend C before picking him up again.  He is now sore in a different way (injection sites) but the nagging pain in his hips and groin has gone, thank goodness.
