Shiny
A wee trip down to Hamilton Racecourse for the Scottish Garden Festival. Not quite as extensive as it used to be at Ingliston back in the day, but far better than the one at Scone. A nice range of stalls, not just plants but also crafts/foods. We liked the pallet gardens designed by schools and got plenty of ideas for our next projects.
I was very good and did not buy any plants, but we did indulge in some baked goods as well as an Equis ice cream treat before we left.
This was part of the Caulders display.
Think we chose the best day to visit. Could be a bit soggy tomorrow!
