Californian Poppy

For today's flower Friday. A busy day. Had an aerobics class this morning. After which, joined some of the ladies at our new after class coffee venue. Went back to S'bury's afterwards to do my shopping. Traffic was horrendous later as there had been an incident on the Taw Bridge. It took me nearly 3/4 hour to get to the hairdresser, instead of the usual 15mins. !
