This is the last of the Rhododendrons to flower in the garden and it will very soon be past its best so thought I'd better blip it.  Had a very social walk along the marsh at Port Carlisle this morning.  The tide was in so Tess did lots of paddling and later on was joined by the three collies, then two cockapoos joined in.  Shortly after another very very cute 16 week old cockapoo arrived.  We all walked along the marsh for a while and a springer spaniel joined us, so quite a gathering.  Back home and Tess was zonked!  Lots of gardening done this afternoon, grass cutting and trying to tame my wilderness, always an ongoing battle.  We've actually had a little rain this evening ... first for ages.  Lots more on the way, we really need it
