Garden again

Not sure what's going on, I have been working. pottering a lot in the last few weeks and there's still loads to do.
My tomatoes are still in pots, they are OK but not thriving, they need to be planted out but the soil is dust and not at all welcoming to little plants.
The forecast says rain for the next few days. If it actually happens I will get out there and plant them out, trowel in one hand, umbrella in the other.
