The proverbial carpet…!

I had a lovely time over lunch with a previous colleague; then and now a good friend. She was on an INSET report writing day which allowed a lunch break.

After that I went back to school with her because she’s now teaching at M&J’s primary school and where I did Supply teaching. It was wonderful to see inside after so many years. Many changes but in many ways just the same. A memory lane trip. Those carpets, so typical of an infant classroom.

Choir this evening? We’ll get there! We really are very small now. The programme for the Summer Concert is varied and will encourage audience participation. Debbie has great confidence in us and is a huge encourager.
