Swimming in the stream

After nearly four hours exploring the estuary and surrounding areas a dip in the stream helped Clean off the sand and mud.
A peaceful stroll which included some nice views of the sun kissing the far side of the river and pleasant conversation with a few regular dog walkers and a couple of holiday makers.
