Framing a gate .. 

Glorious sunny morning; went to Pilates again to see if the Friday instructor had improved as a result of feedback. He had, somewhat, and I had a spot in front of an open door for my mat so had sunshine while exercising. 
Seen on the way; the newly painted yellow lines and one old one. 

Afternoon walk to Newhaven and Western Harbour. The frequently blipped CarrieB was unloading bags of shellfish at the quayside. No eider ducks, though we did see some ducklings on the pond.  Watched a big support tug tailed by a pilot boat making its way past the main harbour. 
Back by no 11 bus.
