A golf ball success followed by a 'Hairy' disaster.

Hairy was a small ginger bundle of highland cow hair which the Bear formed an almost immediate attachment to and with whom she spent the best half an hour of her life. Lost during the golf ball hunt.

"My whole day tomorrow will be spoiled."

"I was going to celebrate with him on my birthday." 

"I was going to show him to Auntie J."

"He was the best friend I ever had."

"When I die, I will remember him."

And then she made a shrine using the last remain strands of hair from the t-shirt pocket.
