My favourite Tree

I love this old gnarled tree trunk with its beautiful  textures. This tree is outside hubby T's studio and we have had many a cup of coffee sitting there.
Once again, I missed putting up a blip yesterday! I am finding things so busy I just forget to take a photo. We met with people who will do renovations at our unit, and received some quotes - more again on Monday. Tomorrow we are having a show house so hopefully a prospective buyer will walk in!
It was bark park day today and the dogs had a good time with their friends. I have spent time sweeping and tidying the houses for tomorrow, I've decided not to go overboard anymore -e.g. having a completely clear pristine  kitchen. People must see that we are living here. It's a big weight off my shoulders!
Hubby spent some time in his studio today sorting the huge amount of pens and pencils that he has collected over the years. Next is to sort out his equally huge collection of pastels and oil paints. I don't envy him!
