Church by the river

It's the Church of St Germans in the village of Wiggenhall St Germans a few miles from King's Lynn. The sea is a few miles behind me and the tide is coming in vigorously causing the River Great Ouse to flow inland.

The church was built between the C13 and C16 and is said to have some interesting carvings but the church was closed this Saturday afternoon. I'll have to revisit.
