Which beach hut would you choose?

I dont understand about beach huts. Why do they put them so low on the beach, every year the big sea comes and undermines them. You would think that warning enough but nothing happens. They teeter on the edge till the big big sea comes at the equinox and grabs any wonky huts. As the tide goes out we all have great fun collecting all the booty, bbqs, chairs, towels, toys, you name it, there it is on the beach!
We had a wonderful day with lots of family feasting on shellfish collected from a prawn boat this morning, so early i forgot to take my camera...............
