Clematis

As I was loading the car this morning I realised I haven’t photographed the splendid clematis that climbs the front of the cottage by the door. So remedied that.
A final walk through the woods to say goodbye to the sheep*. They have kept their distance all week, I am starting to worry that I might smell like a fox.
After an almost five hour drive we are home. It’s started raining. The garden needs it to be fair, and I am just happy it was dry all week for us.

A lazy evening awaits.
