This Uerdingen Railbus is located along the Mainschleifenbahn, a museum railway track on the hill in the Mainschleife near Volkach. (A 'Schleife' is a bend in a river, in this case the Main.) The railbus is not operable anymore, but used as a spare parts source.
My eldest son and I passed this railbus on our looong hike, 32km, through northern Bavaria (more of those stages to follow, I hope, until we finally reach Czechia).
