Port Mann bridge
It's either forced perspective or one huge mf'n lamp post.
The boss drove me into Burnaby for my second spinal injection today. We expected heavy traffic being a Saturday but everything was OK.
We got to the clinic 40 minutes ahead of time and were a little dismayed when we saw the number of people already waiting.
However, a 10 minute wait and I was called in.
"Any improvement since last week?" I was asked.
"About 50% better", I replied knowing that something sharp was about to be inserted into something that isn't designed to receive something sharp.
How can anything that takes less than 1 minute hurt so much? I don't know, but it does. But, we were in and out in 20 minutes or less.
Back into Abbotsford to get my hair cut and we arrived very early for my appointment.
Straight into the chair however, no waiting, snip snip, and snip, and on our way home.
It's 26C outside, lovely stuff, so pleasant to sit in the shade.
Chicken alfredo for dinner, I'm quite looking forward to it.
Ah well...
