My multicoloured Eurovision scissors as I do a bad but emergency job on stopping my silk curtains tearing more. Enjoying Eurovision very much but as always the voting felt a bit political. Not a great contest this year, a bit devoid of bangers and the UK entry was a bit too West End musical for my taste! I know many others loved the harmonies. I told my best friend Austria would win, before the contest started but at 3:1 it wasn’t worth placing a bet. Their vocalist was very talented after a dubious start. I loved Denmark and also the interval act of Finland versus Croatia,
