We started our day at Bude today. Parked at Crocklets car park and walked right along the beach as the tide was low. Over the canal and along to the lookout point. We always love the view looking over the beautiful beach. Back via the Castle for a coffee, just as the drizzle was arriving, but by the time we had finished it was dry again. Walked back to the car along the top, looking down on to the beach.
Next stop was Widemouth Bay where we walked along the beach, watching the waves.
Then drove down to Boscastle - another favourite for us. We walked along the top track, looking down onto the river. Usually we walk along the other side so this made a lovely change - the views were lovely.
By then we were getting weary, but drove home via Warbstow Bury ,an ancient hill fort. We had a short walk there but the amount of sheep poo put us off!
