We call it home

We have checked in, collected our boarding cards and arrived in our cabin. For the next two weeks we will call this home.

Our flight was on time and everything went very smoothly. Our luggage arrived at the cabin even before we did.

We did have some difficulty checking in at our muster station as it seemed to have already closed as we were on a late flight. We came across others like ourselves trying to check in. We went to reception who did not seem too concerned that we failed to check in. It must happen every week for those arriving on late flights.

We decided to skip the sail away party. I think it had to be transferred to an interior venue as there was a thunder storm passing over at about the time we sailed.
