2025 Wednesday — dinner

I know that Tuesday is “Taco Night,” but we’re having tacos on Wednesday. And boy is this good. We are at Martin’s Restaurant (pronounced “Mar teens.”

A crispy taco was just what I wanted. The refried pinto beans and the Spanish Rice were wonderful complements.
