Birthday Party - Afloat

If you are fair skinned today’s birthday party was not for you. Three gigs, two from Epic one from Falmouth, headed out onto a millpond surfaced Falmouth Harbour to celebrate our trainer, Rachel’s, birthday. What a cracking couple of hours, the row out from Ponsharden in Maladron and Britannia was glorious. A half hearted race preceded the mooring up and the consumption of prosecco and cream cakes.

The sun proved too hot for some so we made our way back, the return journey requiring slightly more effort as Maladron took on water through her seams but wasn’t any cause for concern.
