The wee family came for lunch. Both boys had a sleep at one point during the visit, so we’d a nice catchup with our older son and daughter-in-law.

I made a stir fry and kept one eye on the Melrose 7s competition on TV. We later watched it to conclusion. Recently crowned Kings of the Sevens, Melrose, came desperately close to winning their own tournament at The Greenyards - but in the end were denied the honour after losing to defending champions Shogun Rugby.
