Coming home

After a very busy day yesterday we enjoyed a leisurely drive home and went to Cleveden to see the pier. .  . which due to the very high winds was closed so we were not able to go for a walk on it....We arrived in dull weather but after strolling up to the pier and seeing it was closed the sun came out. These two snaps were taken about ten minutes apart.
In extras a listed water fountain from 1895, A Doulton fountain, erected by a Mr Sheldon.  Just a shame it no longer works...
Home now with a few hundred photos to look through after a wonderful day yesterday. I've put one quick pic of each dancers (apart from those I posted yesterday) in extras to show a little of the derelict building etc in which they were performing. An old nunnery - grade II listed and requiring a lot of money to renovate.
