River of Flowers

Sunday: A Sheltered Wall

The heavy rain from last night had blown over and we woke to blue sky and a cold westerly wind, or possibly a gale which calmed down early evening.

The seeds from yesterday’s Blip were sown this morning along with a few other brassicas - I didn’t stay outside any longer than I had to!

Some parts of the garden are sheltered from the westerly wind, the pots I’ve been planting up with mixed flowers have some very tall trees behind them, perfect for all the flowers and for all the wildlife who visited them today :-))

An afternoon of reading and we watched some more from Chelsea.
