The Dog Roses are taking a battering from the strong wind today, so I thought I would blip them whilst they are still intact.
This afternoon I've cut back half of my wild area by the river, it gets very overgrown and out of control quickly this time of year.    Most if the spring wild flowers have gone over now and I've been trimming back the waist high grass that seems to have had a growth spurt in the last week or so.  I've also cut about half of the lawns too.   It's been a good productive day.
We had 3mm of rain overnight but today has been sunny and very windy.
