Pond in the Red River valley

This afternoon I went for a walk along the path in the Red River valley near Rosewarne Mill. The river itself is very overgrown along this stretch but there are a few ponds alongside, probably due to early tin mining. Pink waterlilies have colonised one of the pools and my extra is a closer view of the blooms.
