All ready but...

We spent the afternoon on the boat - we had lunch there and got lots of jobs done.  We had hoped to take her out, but the wind was pretty strong, and gusting very strongly, so we decided that although it was probably perfectly safe it wasn't the right conditions for our first time out on her!  It was even a bit bumpy on the pontoon at times.

We got lots more work done though, filling the water tanks, testing the water system, installing a second navigation display, putting bedding on to make the bedrooms look more homely, putting the final name decal on in the interior, setting up the nav system, familiarising with the new marine radio, fixing some loose fittings, and generally tidying things up.

There's still plenty to do, but she's ready for use now...

Or will be after she's lifted out again on Tues for an hour or so to replace a dripping sea cock.  It's a brand new fitting but there appears to be a manufacturing defect causing it to leak so it's getting replaced...
