A Well Needed Shower

We’ve had our first rain for weeks yesterday and today but I think it has barely scratched the surface. Drove past three reservoirs yesterday and they were very low. Today I was up in Wharfedale and the river there was pretty low as well.

Just managed to get back to the car at Kilnsey today seconds before the heavens opened but it only lasted a minute or so.

Nature usually sorts itself out in the end though. I reckon it is hanging on for my next visit to The Lakes!!
