Jam today

Some heavily discounted (but still well within date) strawberries prompted some jam making. It feels early in the year to be doing so but we’re down to our last jar from 2024.

The showery downpours and the very blustery winds made gardening more difficult but I still managed to get several tomatoes and cucumbers potted up and refreshed a hanging basket or two.

Rounded off the evening with the final concert of The Piano. The skills on display from all ages were amazing and the emotional and inspiring stories made it an ideal Sunday evening view.
